As summer begins, we are as fresh as our creations…holding our heads high, admiring our work and welcoming the sunshine and warm breeze!
Then, as summer continues, days are longer, the sunshine is warmer, and we begin to work now on the weeds and grass, not just the flowers while roasting in the overwhelming heat as we grow weary…it’s the dog-days of summer.
We wilt, like our surroundings….
Soon, school starts, days begin to get a bit shorter, and we realize SUMMER is winding down. No wonder we all hang our heads, a bit sad because…IT’S THE MIDDLE OF AUGUST!
