Crushed candy cane pieces or sprinkles for garnish
Line baking sheet with parchment or waxed paper. Arrange candy canes in heart shapes.
Melt desired chocolate over a double boiler, stirring until smooth. Carefully spoon or pipe chocolate to fill the heart completely, smoothing as you fill.
Sprinkle with desired garnishments.
Place the baking sheet of completed hearts in a cool area or in the refrigerator until chocolate completely set.
Carefully remove from paper.
